I was fortunate enough to grow up in a family that knows the value of homeownership, both from a financial and emotional perspective. Believing that “the best investment on earth is earth” (Louis Glickman) is why I became a Realtor. In 2004 I earned my Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation (ABR) to become additionally versed in the top practices as a buyer’s agent. Working with buyers has always been a passion of mine. My Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES), earned in 2017, includes extensive training in helping home buyers and sellers age 50+. There are countless things to consider when making a move which is why I am here to provide knowledge and insight as clients navigate homeownership at any stage of life.
The Front Range is an amazing place to live, and I am always humbled to be part of the real estate home buying and selling process, both for those new to the area and those familiar with Boulder County. Boulder has been my home since the mid 1990s which means I know our communities, neighborhoods, trails and parks inside and out. While this area has “grown up” significantly in the time that I have called it home, the Front Range has still managed to prioritize open space and maintain a strong sense of community.
Protecting the environment is a focus of my business. I plant trees through the Arbor Day Foundation every time a client closes on a home and utilize my EcoBroker designation to maximize my knowledge of sustainability and best home practices. My business uses very little paper, as all contracts and signatures are handled online, and I limit any printing to what is truly necessary.
When I’m not assisting clients, you will find me spending time with my family or volunteering in our community. I’m often hiking or biking on local trails or baking and gardening when at home.
With a focus on counseling, collaborating and communicating with my clients and fellow Realtors, relationships are my priority. I work to make every real estate transaction as easy and stress free as possible, ultimately becoming a life-long real estate partner with my clients. “If you want someone that is honest, knowledgeable, and plays everything straight, Michelle is definitely your realtor,” (Brittnie and Matt).
